I simply completed a really giant piece, a Seymour Secretary Bookcase, circa 1800. After all, I labored the design in SketchUp over a number of months, constructed up from images and textual content data within the e-book by Robert D. Mussey Jr., “The Furnishings Masterworks of John & Thomas Seymour”. The piece is definitely 5 separate buildings – a Decrease Case, an Outer Tambour Field, an Internal Tambour Field, a Bookcase, and a Pediment. These buildings are proven under.
Inside these giant buildings are various very small particulars. I’ll establish just some of those under that display the power of SketchUp to handle these intricate designs.
