Edit: after I evaluate the R3 to the 5D3, I discover that the 5D3 seems higher at as much as ISO 800-1600, and the R3 seems higher from round 1600 and clearly at 3200.
Nevertheless, the distinction in picture sizes makes it a bit laborious to guage.
